Banca Sella Holding Spa
 is the parent company of the Gruppo Sella. It has full legal continuity with Banca Sella Spa, founded in 1886, and it is the company of the Gruop that that develpes all the activities concerning access to markets, interbank relations, trading of financial instruments, funding on the markets, treasury and all activities related to finance and payment systems.

The history. Quintino Sella (1827-1884), Minister of Finace in Italy during the Risorgimento and member of a family of entrepreneurs and innovators active since the XVI century in the textile sector in the Biella area, is considered the inspirer of the idea of founding an institute of credit. On 23 August 1886 "Gaudenzio Sella & C." was established and Gaudenzio Sella (1860-1934), Quintino’s nephew, headed the bank for the first 50 years. The Limited Liability Partnership created in 1886 was transformed into a Limted Partnership in 1937. In 1949 the bank became a Joint Stock Company. In 1992 the Gruppo Banca Sella was born. Today, 123 years after the foundation, the Gruppo Sella, still controlled by the heirs of the founders, keeps the characteristics of indipendence and entrepreneurship that inspired its birth.

Iccrea Banca
 is The Istituto Centrale del Credito Cooperativo (Central Institute of Cooperative Credit), whose statutory purpose is to "make the activities of the Banche di Credito Cooperativo (BCC Cooperative Credit Banks) more complete, intense and effective, supporting and enhancing their action by carrying out credit functions, technical intermediation and financial assistance in all forms... ". To this end, in favor of the Banche di Credito Cooperativo, in order to enhance their action on domestic markets, it develops a series of functions that for technical, organizational, economic or regulatory reasons, individual companies could not activate independently. In exercising its role, the Institute provides competitive banking supports and products / services through a central and peripheral structure. Iccrea Banca is a part of the Gruppo Bancario Iccrea, of which Iccrea Holding is the Parent Company which holds 99,179% of the share capital, while the remainder is divided between Cassa Centrale delle Casse Trentine (0,819%) and the Federazione Lombarda delle BCC (0,002%).

The company deals with the management of operations relating to the acquisition of shareholdings in financial and banking companies and other activities of common interest to cooperative and local banks in order to achieve and develop appropriate economies of scale.
